Chloë C. Badze
Deputy Director
Chloe Badze is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and a descendant of the Lenape. She earned her Juris Doctor, with a specialization in Critical Race Studies, from UCLA School of Law. During law school, Chloe served as Editor-in-Chief of the Indigenous Peoples’ Journal of Law, Culture, and Resistance, vice president of the Native American Law Students Association, and an extern with the Tribal Law and Policy Institute. Prior to joining the American Indian Studies Center, Chloe worked as a legal fellow with the Systemic Impact Unit at Community Legal Aid SoCal.
